Once you have successfully installed the extension, you are ready to configure your connection to HubSpot. The setup process is comprised of four simple steps:
1. Authorize HubShop.ly to connect
2. Authorize HubSpot to connect
3. Provide payment information
4. Confirm sync status
Within 10 minutes, you can complete the entire setup process. To begin, navigate to System > Configuration in your Magento admin panel. Then from the left menu, select HubShop.ly for Magento > Configuration. Make sure you change your configuration scope to the desired store view.
At the configuration screen, click the Start Setup button. If you are upgrading from an earlier version of HubShop.ly, you may not see this screen. If so, your store is already connected and you do not need to go any further.
Step 1: Authorize HubShop.ly to Connect
From the main menu of your Magento admin panel, select System > Configuration. Then, from the left menu, select HubShop.ly for Magento > Configuration.
Next, you are ready to authorize the HubShop.ly service to communicate with your Magento store. Click the authorization button.
In the window that appears, you will be asked to confirm your authorization. Click the button labeled Authorize. Once complete, you will be returned to the Magento configuration area.
Step 2: Authorize HubSpot to Connect
Next, you will be asked to provide your HubSpot Portal ID. Once provided, you must click the button to complete authorization and start the connection to your HubSpot account.
Step 3: Provide Payment Information
At this step, you will enter your credit card information. This information will only be used to process your monthly HubShop.ly payment. If you have an offer code, enter that to receive any promotional pricing. When ready, click the button to complete your setup.
Step 4: Confirm Sync Status
At this point, your HubShop.ly extension is connected to your HubSpot account. Your initial synchronization will begin shortly. At any time, you may return to this area to review your integration status.
Bonus Step 5: Reach Inbound Nirvana

We have also provided some self-help tools with this extension to ensure your Magento system is properly setup. From your admin panel, select System > Configuration. Then, select HubShop.ly for Magento > Configuration. In the Support section, click the Run Tests button.
Each test will indicate a status and an optional message. There are four possible statuses, PASS, FAIL, WARN, and SKIP. If you are having an integration problem, consult this report for answers. Items marked as failing will prevent one or more features of the extensions from working properly. Items marked with a warning may indicate a problem.
