What it Does
HubShop.ly maintains a record of event details about your store activity. This information is tracked in a queue. On a functioning integration, the queue will have at least 1 record at any time. This diagnostic program confirms that there are events in the queue.
- A passing status means there is at least one item in the queue.
- A warning status means that no items were found in the queue.
- During the first hours or day after you've installed HubShop.ly, it is normal to have no events in the queue. Events are added based on customer activity. If you are receiving orders and new customers are added to your store, but this test continues to fail, then you may have an integration problem. Contact our support team for assistance.
- The Enabled test must be passing.
